Hi! We’re Donna Chartier and Lynn Dolan, the women behind Lyndon REI — two moms, grandmothers, and Real Estate Investors. who decided it was never too late to reinvent ourselves, build wealth, and help others do the same.

When we started in real estate, we didn’t have all the answers. What we did have was determination, heart, and a passion for learning. That passion led us to communities that changed everything — and ultimately inspired us to build a business focused on giving back, empowering new investors, and creating beautiful, affordable homes through co-living, multifamily, and RV/mobile-home park investing.

Today, we are full-time real estate investors, community leaders, and educators dedicated to helping others shift their lives by design — not by chance.
